Raised in Acklam, James has had a passion for playing music since his early secondary school days and has played drums in numerous bands around Teesside, but has since took the solo route, building a strong reputation via pubs and clubs in Middlesbrough.
Claire Louise met with him to talk about his song inspirations, future plans as well as live performances of "Backtrackin'" and "Why Do We Do It?".
